Connamara Agile’s project management methodologies enable development to adapt to changes in scope while maintaining transparency in budget and timeline.
With input from the client, our business analysts create a prioritized list of User Stories, based on relative complexity points. Points are re-tallied after each development iteration to calculate a new completion date, providing more certainty for our clients.
As new features are discovered, complexity points are determined again and may influence the project’s completion date. This transparency informs the client as to the impact of the new feature on the delivery date of the solution.
Agile Solution Implementation
Agile methodologies at Connamara center on automated test-driven development and continuous integration. Human-readable Acceptance Tests describing each User Story and code-level unit tests are written.
Continuous integration (the practice of building and testing all the interconnected components of the system being designed) prevents surprises at the end of the project.
Automated testing, triggered on every change to the code base, ensures that no single change to the system introduces unintended behaviors to the system and the system behaves as expected.
